We have been serving the elderly since 1993 with a mission of treating each client with integrity, compassion, & respect. Divine Integrity strives to provide each client & family’s loved one with excellent hands on service to provide many resources during this critical transition period. As an established licensed home care agency and placement service over the years we have worked closely with Kaiser, Regal Lakeside, Healthcare Partners, Scan, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Facey, Medicare, Medi-cal and many other HMO’s.  We have closely built relationships and are contracted with over thousands of assisted livings, board & care, independent living, memory care facilities, finding the right community for your loved one.

  • Reassess the Care Plan as needed.
  • Do in-person check-ins and provide high-touch care management.  

Honor: adds their operations expertise and unique technology.  

  • Recruits, trains, and manages caregivers.
  • Handles ongoing scheduling, billing, and insurance.
  • Provides 24/7 phone support and sends Care Notes after each visit.
